Where can I custom make a necklace that has an "E" on it and put aqua marine stones inside it online?

I would really like to purchase a necklace that is just a normal chain with and E on the end with little aquamarine stones inside it. I want it to be something I can wear for forever, so it needs to be sturdy and so the stones wont fall out. It needs to be able to get wet with out rusting over. Thanks!!!
