What's wrong with my ear cartlidge piercing? help!?

Ahh the same thing happened to my boyfriend when he got it done the tragus right ? It will run its course it just got infected but it should heal in the matter of time clean it with anti bacterial soap it shouldnt make it hurt or puss. Don't sleep on that side for a while till it heals either ... the red bump around the ring will go down and eventually go away nothing to worry about. Hope this helps
