Will I lose my health insurance?

I have tricare under my parents. I'm enrolled in 12 units and 7 out of 10 weeks of the quarter have passed. I want to drop a class because I am in danger of failing it, and dropping will result in a "W" on my transcript for the class. I will be a full time student again immediately the next quarter, which begins 1 week after this one ends. Will I still lose my health insurance?
