Looking at a color a different way?

I need to write a short story or poem about the color aquamarine. It has to be like describing to look at the color in a different way. Like a example would be if it's a short story for the color yellow-"in the beginning yellow was in trouble when light was deciding who's out of the spectrum. Green didn't want to let yellow in, being the jealous kind he is." Etcetera.. If it was a poem a example for orange is- "the silly old color who lives next to red, who is orangely out of its head,giggles and titters and rolls in the aisle no matter what happens guffaws all the while" and so on. I need to write a poem or a short story like this but not about yellow or orange, it has to be about the color aquamarine..kind of saying what you think of that color..help please?? Please don't put rude comments either.
