Ian birk the killer cop?

I think it's a travesty of justice that Ian Birk isn't on trial for first degree murderr and on his way to death row right now. I sincerely hope the Williams family sues the city of Seattle and Ian Birk and wins a HUGE settlement. If Ian Birk is walking around free he should be wearing rags and eating ramen noodles three times a day for the rest of his life.
